Job Summary:
The Director of ERP, Integrations and IT will work remotely, and report to the CFO. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
The Director of ERP, Integrations, and IT will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s ERP system, integrations across business functions, and overall IT infrastructure. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of ERP platforms, system integrations, and IT management to ensure seamless operations, improved business processes, and enhanced user experience. The Director will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute data analytics and business intelligence strategies that align with Ethos’ growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Management and Strategy:

Led the optimization, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the company's ERP system
- Develop and execute strategies for improving business operations and process efficiency through ERP system
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring that the ERP system is effectively utilized across all departments
System Integration:
-
Manage the integration of various business systems (WMS, EDI, Demand Planning, other financial systems, ADP / HR systems, etc.) with the ERP platform
- Ensure smooth data flow and seamless integration between internal and external business systems
- Identify integration opportunities to improve the scalability and functionality of the organization’s IT infrastructure
It Infrastructure and Operations:

Lead the 3rd Party IT team (MSP) in managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Establish and maintain IT best practices, processes, and standards to ensure reliable and efficient operations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology solutions that drive innovation and improve organizational performance
Cyber Security & Governance:
- Lead ERP, IT, and integration projects from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure that IT projects align with organizational goals
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership and direction to the ERP, IT, and integration teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Develop and mentor team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and development
- Establish and track performance metrics for IT systems, ERP utilization, and integration efficiency
Strategic Planning and Budgeting:
- Skilled at aggressive vendor negotiations to drive maximum value
- Develop and manage the annual IT and ERP budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation
- Collaborate with CFO, and SLT, to define IT strategies that align with long-term plan
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s IT and ERP capabilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s, CMA or CPA preferred)
- 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP systems, integrations, and IT operations
- Experience in a standard costing, manufacturing environment required.
- Proven experience in leading ERP system implementations and integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Boomi, Blue Yonder, SPS and True Commerce)
- Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering IT and ERP projects on time and within budget
- Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes across various departments (finance, supply chain, demand planning, HR, etc.)
- Knowledge of system integration tools and middleware platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making and critical thinking
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Must be willing to submit a drug screening and background test
- Must be eligible to work in the US
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to to 25% of the time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
- Ascend/descend a ladder or stairs occasionally
- Ability to operate a computer and other office technology
