The Materials Handler will work out of our Brownwood, TX facility and report to the Operations Manager. Due to the scope and needs of manufacturing operations, this position is an onsite-based position and is not eligible for remote work. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Helps lead and build a manufacturing culture of excellence – first-time quality and safety.
• Ensure proper use of FIFO practices against material shelf-life requirements and material storage organization and sanitation confines
• Managing internal and external material transfers for weekly production needs
• Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of materials by pre-staging raw materials and packaging for production
• Returning remnant materials back to on-site storage facilities post-production
• Reconcile on-hand inventory against systems usage for on-going accurate inventory levels
• Track ongoing material scrap risk through systems material reporting
• Learn team members roles to assist during team member’s absences to ensure business continuity
• Other duties as assigned
