JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our synergetic EthosPLUS team is seeking a full-time REMOTE Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the work and activities of Field Investigators within their assigned territory. This leader will help communicate company directives and strategy to investigators, provide timely feedback to management regarding investigator morale, successes, and concerns, and also consider client needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Case Preparation: Assist in preparing case updates for clients' daily review, ensuring content accuracy and proper grammar.
- Performance Review: Review and assess the prior day's investigator performance based on timeliness, quality of investigation, quality of report, and video credit.
- Case Assignment: Assign surveillance cases to investigators, considering proximity, cost-effectiveness, and balanced labor utilization.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Operations Managers, Field Investigators, and Field Agents in Charge (FAC) to ensure accurate and efficient completion of case objectives.
- Client Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding their cases under the supervision of Operations Managers.
- Invoice Approval: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve them once confirmed by Operations Managers.
- Staffing Support: Support regional staffing needs and assist in managing staffing levels based on projected growth.
- Timecard Review: Review investigator timecards for accuracy and approve them once confirmed by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field (preferred).
- Investigation background (preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Working Conditions:
- This position is fully remote (US hours) and requires office-like environment with constant temperatures.
- Work outside normal business hours, including occasional weekends, when necessary.
- Constant operation of office machinery, such as computers and printers.
- Frequent communication with clients, customers, and co-workers via telephone and in person.
