Fire Sprinkler Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This role involves working on construction sites, assembling and fabricating pipe systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems according to local codes and standards.
• Assemble and fabricate piping systems using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Perform tube bending and pipe threading as required for system installation.
• Conduct inspections of existing systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate installation efforts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to fire sprinkler systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience

• Proven experience in fire sprinkler installation or related construction field is preferred.
• Familiarity with codes and standards governing fire protection systems is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Experience in pipeline assembly, including tube bending and pipe threading techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
