Are you an experienced Veterinary Technician ready to take your career to the next level? Boston West Veterinary Emergency and Specialty in Natick, MA is looking for a passionate, skilled technician to join our state-of-the-art Orthopedic Surgery Service , the first of its kind in Massachusetts!

What We Offer :

Competitive Pay : $25 - $35 / hour based on skill assessment and anesthesia experience.
5,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed candidates with advanced anesthesia skills!
A Flexible Schedule : Enjoy a work-life balance with 3-day weeks (Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday) and rotating Saturdays every 4 weeks.

Your Role : As a key member of our orthopedic team, youll :

Guide clients and patients through their visits, working closely with Dr. Joel Alsup and Dr. Sean Aiken to ensure exceptional care.

Participate in patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and cutting-edge procedures.

Master anesthesia, sedations, and surgical protocols, including scrubbing in on life-changing orthopedic surgeries.

Serve as a patient advocate, providing compassionate care and ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay.

What Were Looking For :

At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting.

Bonus points if youre a CVT, LVT, or VTS!

Strong anesthesia monitoring skills, radiographic technique knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care.

An ability to work both independently and within a team, with a dedication to maintaining a positive, supportive hospital culture.

Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
