We are looking for a Client Care Representative in our BRAND NEW facility in Mundelein, IL!
About the Position:
Promote company vision, mission, and core values. Plays a positive and active role in fostering team relationships, leads by example and communicates effectively. Must be flexible, cooperative, dependable, responsible, and have excellent time-management skills.
This position requires you to be self-motivated and be able to differentiate between major and minor issues as they relate to clients and patients.
Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred!
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full time, 36 hours per week
- Nights and weekends needed.
- Holidays will be included.
- $16-19/hour depending on experience
Key Functions for Client Care:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Answering the phones
- Screening and directing calls to other staff members
- Providing basic information to callers
- Appointment scheduling
- Filing, scanning, and emailing documentation
- Computer data entry and basic invoicing
- Handling of payment transactions
- Keeping the reception & lobby area tidy and well maintained
Qualifications:
- Healthcare or Veterinary experience is preferred
- Work well under pressure and during high levels of stress
- Must possess very strong customer service skills in person and on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills for multitasking different programs
- Ability to show compassion and empathy in appropriate situations
- Attention to detail and follow through is a must
- Self-motivated and able to work well as an essential team member
- Able to handle multiple tasks at a time & prioritize effectively
- Able to handle multiple phone lines at a time
- Bilingual preferred
