Facilities Coordinator
SAGE Concord opened a state-of-the-art facility in the summer of 2022, making it the largest Specialty and Emergency Hospital in the East Bay. Our next-generation hospital allows us to expand our Emergency, Specialty, and Urgent Care services to better serve the growing East Bay community.
We offer a variety of Specialty Services, including Emergency, Critical Care, Cardiology, Integrative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Surgery. Our hospital is equipped with multiple advanced surgical suites, sophisticated trauma response, and critical care capabilities. At SAGE Concord, we are committed to expanding our services to meet the ongoing needs of our community.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00

Role & Responsibilities
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in assigned areas
- Performing minor building and equipment repairs
- Sweeping, mopping, oiling, and waxing floors
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture
- Emptying waste receptacles
- Cleaning hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures
- Assisting with moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Managing supply inventory and ordering materials as needed
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
Basic Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of proper cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Basic building and grounds maintenance knowledge
- Ability to operate and maintain janitorial tools & equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office & online ordering platforms (e.g., Amazon, Staples)
- Ability to complete minor facility repairs
- Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Comfortable using and operating a computer
Work Schedule
- Full-Time – 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 5/8s (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)
- Availability: Flexible, with scheduling between Sunday – Saturday
