As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
Spanning across a sprawling 42,000 square feet, our state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with cutting-edge facilities designed to cater to every aspect of a patient’s medical needs. From our dedicated ambulance bay for emergency situations to multiple treatment wards, over 20 exam rooms, digital radiography suites, MRI and CT suites, and advanced operating rooms, we spare no effort in providing a comprehensive array of services.
We offer a veterinary compounding pharmacy, joint replacement and orthopedic surgical services, neurosurgery suite, and an oncology center. Our hospital provides referral services in the specialties of Acupuncture, Anesthesia and Pain Management, Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Social Work, and Surgery.

About The Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Preparing for appointments by reviewing medical records, retrieving client files, and getting all necessary forms ready ahead of time
- Accurately completing and reviewing forms to ensure compliance with Ethos standards and legal requirements
- Entering client and patient information into our system with precision—keeping everything up to date and matching charges with estimates and treatment plans
- Admitting and discharging pets with care, and making sure follow-up visits are scheduled seamlessly
- Collecting payments and walking clients through their payment options, including flexible financing solutions
- Handling pet insurance claims from start to finish, taking the stress off our clients' plates
- Keeping our public areas tidy and welcoming, including the front desk, waiting areas, restrooms, and bereavement rooms
- $17 - $21 pending experience & skillset
- Wednesday - Saturday: 1p – 11p
