About the Job
- You will assist in managing cases, collaborating closely with our 3 board-certified surgeons and highly skilled technicians, ensuring seamless patient care and outstanding outcomes.
- Participate in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures alongside each surgeon, utilizing your expertise to provide top-notch care.
- Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates, helping to diagnose and treat complex medical conditions.
- Execute, monitor, and recover all assigned sedation and anesthetic events, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Assist in all operating room duties as a circulating nurse and scrub-in technician during orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, demonstrating your technical expertise and ability to work under pressure.
- Provide empathy, comfort, and unparalleled nursing care to all patients, being a strong advocate for their needs and concerns.
