Home Care Account Manager
(full-time/direct-hire position with excellent base salary plus bonus structure, excellent full benefits package and much more!)
Responsibilities:
- Developing new and securing existing referral relationships for home care services in the Fairfield County market.
- Calling on social workers, case managers, and physicians and all facility staff responsible for patient discharge to home.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare sales experience is required
- Ability to develop and implement a sales plan
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Established contacts in the Fairfield County market
- Experience utilizing CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Home Health and/or Hospice sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
