Home Infusion RN
The Home Infusion RN is a licensed professional who assumes responsibility and authority for the nursing and coordination of nursing in accordance with the company standards and policies.
Compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting body guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Regional Director of Nursing.
- To provide nursing care, maintain the professional standards of nursing practice including monitoring of patient supplies.
- Collects patient specific information needed to determine the suitability of patients for home care.
- Provides continuing education as needed on home care related issues including competency and orientation programs.
- Coordinates all patient care and services in cooperation with the Director of Pharmacy and Site Manager.
- Willing to travel as needed for business purposes within and out of the state.
- Must maintain an active and unrestricted Nursing license in current state of practice.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal responsibility regarding accuracy and quality of work.
- Identifies and resolves customer service issues; gives high priority to customer satisfaction and needs.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and competitive information.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse without restriction. Diploma, Associate degree or higher in nursing.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a home infusion/IVIG or infusion setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN or higher in nursing or healthcare administration.
- CRNI, IgCN or other infusion credentialing.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
