We are currently looking for a Parts advisor to join our team! We are a Family Owned & Operated Dealership that has been in business since 1961.

This position must be able to quickly and accurately identify, locate, and quote the parts needed. You must be able to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees. The parts counter is a fast paced, type of job that relies heavily on a high level of computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, salesmanship and multitasking capabilities.
Essential Duties includes:
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Answers incoming Parts phone calls, providing price quotes and other information via phone, text, email.
- Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience is preferred.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer knowledge
- AUTOMOTIVE and DEALERTRACK is a plus!
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Drug Test

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
