RN Home Care Clinical Educator

Responsibilities:
- Establish standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff
- Ensure compliance throughout agency with all regulatory standards
- Clinical orientation and training of all new hires
- Ongoing staff development
- Provide clinical observation at point of care and chart audits
- Supervise the delivery of HHA services for the agency
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years Medicare Certified Home Health Agency experience
- Minimum 4 years Clinical experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Complete knowledge of regulatory standards to ensure quality of care
- OASIS-D expertise required
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
