RN Supervisor, Home Health

Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and families in their home setting
- Develop a plan of care including nursing and support services that meet the client's needs
- Determine what care giver team members are appropriate to meet the client's needs and manage that team ongoing
- Available to client and team on a daily basis to ensure services are provided timely and in full compliance with the clients stated desires.
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Prior home care experience REQUIRED
- Private pay experience preferred
- 3 years clinical experience
- Valid US Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
