- Budget/Forecasting of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Review and posting of Journal Entries
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Month End reporting to Group for Balance Sheet accounts
- Tracking of monthly Intercompany transactions across entities and reconciling balances
- Submit month-end Intercompany statements for Group consolidation
- Maintain Warranty and Bad Debt provisions per company policies
- Maintain prepaid amortization schedules: Insurance, Lease, Others
- Review and investigate outstanding/aging items on Received Not Invoiced Report
- Contribute to special projects that support new processes or process improvement initiatives The above describes the general requirements for the position., but it is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements as the business and needs evolve
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office Products
- Detail oriented with an Accounting background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Positive attitude, ability to work well and fast under pressure, exceptional customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed, as well as be a team player.
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in accounting, and/or corporate finance. Preferred ERP system experience in Epicor.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Accounting.
