We are seeking an O&M Technician to support the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project for a facility located in the Elk Mound Wisconsin area. This role will perform activities associated with the safe and efficient operations and maintenance of the site, as well its compliance with all regulatory permits. Other daily responsibilities will include performing a variety of skilled operational and maintenance tasks such as interfacing with the SCADA system, running analytical tests, and performing the inspection, repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of all RNG equipment and systems. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of (3)-years' experience maintaining the operations and maintenance of a wind facility, and strong familiarity with on-site planning functions such as managing vendors and maintenance schedules also required. Candidates must have the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and have the ability to travel up to 25% of the (within North America). An active, state Driver's license is also required for this role.

- Perform operations, maintenance and overall activities associated with the facility.
- Assist in the anaerobic digestion process by monitoring equipment, gauges and charts in the digester, and upgrading equipment
- Record and examine statistical data concerning plant operations ensuring that the plant is running as specified.
- Troubleshoot failures and malfunctions to regulate the root cause and maintain, operate, repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Maintain, modify or repair instrumentation and control equipment including recorders, flowmeter and other quality monitoring equipment.
- Collect samples for testing and reporting.
- Ensure that plant operates within required standards.
- Monitor performance of electrical systems, circuits or equipment of the site
- Maintain a clean and presentable plant environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties on all major equipment and systems
- Maintain complete equipment files, logs, and drawings for all designated equipment.
- Ensure instrument calibration is performed as scheduled/required.
- Maintain all plant instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Inspect a troubleshoot, and perform corrective and preventative maintenance on all site equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and analysis on RNG control equipment
- Fully carry and participate in the Safety and Regulatory Compliance Programs
- Basic understanding of the anaerobic digestion process and RNG purification/compression process desired; willingness to learn process and operating procedures; previous anaerobic process experience is desired.
- Experience in working with voltages up to 480 volts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to listen to others for understanding.

- Must be skilled in the use of hand and power-driven tools.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), or willingness to learn.
- Performing repetitive actions requiring your hands and/or eyes with some ability to control the pace of work such as working on a computer, operating mechanical equipment, etc.
- 3-5 years’ experience working on maintaining a wind facility
- 3-5 years’ site planning experience including managing vendors, maintenance schedules, etc. Education Requirements
- Minimum High school diploma
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college to technical school preferred
- Ability to do walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Must be willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift and be available to work for call-ins and work overload as needed.
