We seek a proven, roll-up-your-sleeves B2B marketing leader who can turn strategy into revenue. You might be the right fit if you’ve built and led demand generation engines in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors—and can stretch a dollar while driving measurable results. This is an opportunity to lead marketing across three nationally recognized brands under one roof, each with strong market presence and growth trajectories. The role requires someone technically savvy and operationally disciplined, able to align cross-functional teams and scale results.
You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and serve as the marketing backbone of the commercial strategy. This is about more than campaigns—it is about driving the business forward.
What You’ll Own:
Lead Generation & Digital Performance
- Architect and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across paid search, SEO, social, email, and trade shows
- Leverage HubSpot and automation to generate, nurture, and convert leads
- Partner tightly with Sales to ensure alignment and conversion from marketing-sourced leads
- Oversee web presence and UX in collaboration with agency partners
- Monitor performance and attribution; use data to iterate and improve
Customer Loyalty & Account Expansion
- Build lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention and upselling
- Develop tools that empower Sales and enhance customer experience
- Partner with Ops, Sales, and Customer Success on key touchpoints and messaging
Team Leadership & Vendor Oversight
- Lead a small but mighty in-house team, plus agency relationships
- Ensure your team has clear goals, accountability, and opportunities to grow
- Drive ROI from external partners by setting clear expectations and outcomes
Strategic Marketing & Brand Execution
- Own the annual marketing plan with a focus on digital, brand, and customer strategy
- Oversee brand consistency and evolution across all channels
- Deliver executive-level communications and support internal culture and alignment
Communications—Internal & External
- Support leadership with company-wide messaging, events, and internal campaigns
- Own external messaging across brands, media relations, and social content
- Champion the company’s ESG and sustainability messaging
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage a marketing and communications budget between $1.5M–$2M
- Optimize spend across performance, creative, and communications investment.
Who You Are
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on digital demand generation
- 5 years leading teams and managing external vendors or agencies
- Strong ability to partner with the C-suite and Senior Leaders on marketing and communication strategies
- Deep experience in industrial sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Able to move between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
- Comfortable owning pipeline targets, reporting metrics, and commercial KPIs
- Strong communicator with a knack for content, storytelling, and executive alignment
- Bonus if you’ve managed multiple brands or worked in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment
