What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

Organizational Skills : Exceptional ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Self-Motivation : A high-energy self-starter who can work independently and make sound business judgments.
Travel : Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week, up to 36 weeks per year.
