To continue our work, we are seeking a passionate and organized Fundraiser Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our fundraising goals.

Job Summary :

The Fundraiser Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and campaigns to support the financial needs of Etiquette with Us. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, event planning, and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising Strategy Development :

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

Identify new fundraising opportunities and innovative approaches to engage donors.

Event Planning and Execution :

Plan, coordinate, and manage fundraising events, including galas, auctions, charity runs, and online campaigns.

Secure sponsorships, donations, and partnerships to support events.

Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and volunteer management.

Donor Relations :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.

Acknowledge and recognize donors through personalized communication and stewardship programs.

Maintain accurate donor records and track contributions using donor management software.

Marketing and Outreach :

Develop marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases, to promote fundraising initiatives.

Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Budget Management :

Create and manage budgets for fundraising events and campaigns.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective planning.

Volunteer Coordination :

Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support fundraising activities.

Provide guidance and support to volunteers to ensure successful event execution.

Reporting and Evaluation :

Track and analyze fundraising performance against goals.

Prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders on fundraising outcomes.

Time Commitment :

10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule.

Minimum commitment of 6 months preferred.

Opportunity for Paid Role :

This is currently a volunteer / part-time position, but high-performing coordinators may be considered for a paid role in the future, depending on organizational needs and funding availability. Performance will be evaluated based on :

Success in meeting fundraising goals.

Creativity and effectiveness of campaigns and events.

Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

3 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with grant writing and corporate partnerships.

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
