Job Summary :
The Fundraiser Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and campaigns to support the financial needs of Etiquette with Us. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, event planning, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fundraising Strategy Development :
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Plan, coordinate, and manage fundraising events, including galas, auctions, charity runs, and online campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
Develop marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases, to promote fundraising initiatives.
Create and manage budgets for fundraising events and campaigns.
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support fundraising activities.
Track and analyze fundraising performance against goals.

Opportunity for Paid Role :
This is currently a volunteer / part-time position, but high-performing coordinators may be considered for a paid role in the future, depending on organizational needs and funding availability. Performance will be evaluated based on :
