Description
A successful candidate for the Marketing Specialist at Etix/Rockhouse would be responsible for managing and executing the digital marketing initiatives for multiple Etix clients, while maintaining strong client relationships on the basis of service. The specialist will act as an extension of multiple Etix clients’ marketing teams, providing prompt and innovative solutions for clients’ marketing goals. Client satisfaction is our number one goal.
This position requires an understanding of the entertainment industry and how it integrates with day-to-day aspects of digital marketing including but not limited to:
- Email Marketing
- Digital Advertising
- Web Maintenance
- Analytics & Reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications with multiple clients
- Work with multiple internal departments to coordinate client requests and update status of projects
- Regularly plan, build and execute email and digital advertising campaigns
- Consult with clients on current digital marketing initiatives
- Perform basic website content updates
- Assist with department-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements
One to three years experience in digital marketing is a must. Experience in entertainment, arts, or ticketing experience is a plus. Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred.
