Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from conferences to parties and everything in between.
- Support the event team with logistical tasks, such as venue setup, vendor coordination, and guest services.
- Help manage event materials, including promotional items, signage, and registrations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure events run smoothly and are executed to the highest standards.
- Assist with post-event activities, including cleanup, feedback collection, and debriefs.

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar field (preferred but not essential).
