- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, coordinate inventory, and ensure the workspace is well-organized and stocked.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and team events, ensuring seamless calendar management.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring important documents are easily accessible.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update records, input data accurately, and generate reports as needed.
- Support Various Departments: Collaborate with different teams, providing administrative assistance where needed.
- Customer & Client Interaction: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Assist with Special Projects: Take on exciting new initiatives that contribute to office efficiency and company success.
