Salary Ranges:
Clean and Prep Operative A : $18.00 - $22.87
Position classification will be measured on relevant experience and on-the-job pre-employment test results.

Located in Minonk, Illinois, SMF (an Etnyre International Company) is a full-service metal manufacturing facility that specializes in heavy and light fabrication for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In late 2020, SMF joined the Etnyre International team and is now a part of an exciting growing organization. We are looking for energetic experienced Clean and Prep Operatives to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams
Position Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to be trained in the following areas: Quality & Safety, Blue Print Reading, Hand Held Gauges, Rust Prevention, Weld Characteristics, and Final Inspection
- Ability to read and follow directions as well as operate machines
- Able to lift 50lbs and to stand for long periods of time
- Able to complete Job Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
- A Pulmonary Function Test is required for employees performing work that requires use of an air supplied hood
Salary : $18 - $23
