Salary Ranges: 

$70,375 to $105,562 Annually

Compensation will be measured on relevant experience and qualifications.

The ERP & Data Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s Epicor ERP system and enterprise data warehouse. This role will focus on technical support, system development, business intelligence, and data management, ensuring that key business functions have access to accurate and efficient data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with Epicor tools (BAQ, BPM, API, Application Studio, DMT), and a background in software development and/or business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration for the Epicor ERP platform.
•    Develop and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPMs), and API integrations to optimize ERP functionality.
•    Utilize Application Studio and Data Management Tool (DMT) for system customization, data migration, and bulk processing.
•    Work closely with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and implement ERP-based solutions.
•    Assist in Epicor system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations.
•    Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence
•    Manage and enhance the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
•    Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for reporting, analysis, and system performance.
•    Design and build BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or other analytics platforms.
•    Support ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various business systems into the data warehouse.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
•    Partner with key stakeholders in finance, supply chain, operations, and sales to develop data-driven solutions.
•    Identify and implement automation opportunities for improving business workflows through ERP enhancements and data solutions.
•    Provide training and user support on best practices for ERP utilization and data reporting.
•    Stay current with Epicor advancements, emerging data technologies, and best practices for ERP and data management.   
 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP (or a similar ERP system) in a technical support or development role.
•    Strong SQL skills, including experience with query optimization, stored procedures, and database administration.
•    Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar.
•    Familiarity with API integrations and ERP system customization.
•    Understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with Epicor Kinetic and its development tools.
•    Knowledge of C# or other programming languages for ERP customizations.
•    Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or financial processes within an ERP system.

Salary : $70,375 - $105,562
