What You’ll Do:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, equipment layout, and material handling.

Recommend and implement smart solutions that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.

Support quality control efforts by aligning manufacturing practices with customer and contract requirements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Strong knowledge of production systems and process optimization.

An analytical thinker with solid communication and leadership skills.

Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)

Experience with Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping

Hands-on leadership of 5S or continuous improvement projects
