What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduler position at Eton Home Healthcare?

We have an opportunity for am energetic, outgoing, motivated individual to coordinate our front desk reception and patient insurance verification.
Receptionist/Nurse Scheduler:
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Monitors visitor access.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Schedule and monitor all nursing visits.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of front desk reception at medical office or home health agency
- Scheduling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and multi-task

- $13.50 to $15.00 /hour depending on experience
