Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tag & Title Clerk to join our team in Sanford, FL. This role is responsible for processing vehicle titling and registration, assisting with chassis audits, warranty registration, and supporting other administrative functions. The candidate must have experience in title processing, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and complete all vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify necessary documentation for vehicle transfers, sales, and registration.
- Communicate with the DMV, customers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update records related to vehicle titles, tags, and registrations.
- Assist with chassis audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Handle warranty registration for vehicles and maintain necessary records.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and customer support.
- Stay updated on Florida DMV policies and any changes in title and registration procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle title and registration processing or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with Florida DMV regulations and title processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
