Senior Digital Product Manager – Shopping Experience

Job Type: Hybrid On-Site

Location: (St. Louis Area)-Wentzville, MO

Starting Salary: $120,000-150,000

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the optimization of the
shopping experience on our website—specifically in the way customers browse, search, and
select the best solution for their journey.
 

This role is perfect for someone who gets fired up about helping people make confident
decisions, loves untangling complex problems, and knows how to lead a cross-functional team
to uncover the best possible solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right problems to
solve, validating the best solutions, and driving measurable business impact. If you’re a product
leader who thrives on curiosity, clarity, and collaboration, this could be a great fit.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product experience that helps customers confidently choose the right productsfor their needs.
• Partner with UX, marketing, content, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead discovery efforts using frameworks like opportunity solution trees and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Frame problems clearly, communicate roadmaps effectively, and foster a shared understanding of the work ahead for your team and stakeholders.
• Deliver meaningful outcomes by aligning your team’s work with company-level goals and driving measurable impact—not just activity.
• Design and execute meaningful experiments, analyze results, and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Build trust across your product team and with stakeholders—even when the pressure is on.

What You Bring:

• 5 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping successful web-based products.
• Deep expertise in discovery practices and designing true MVPs.
• Strong communication skills—you can bring clarity to complexity and inspire confidence in your direction.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and navigating cross-team collaboration with empathy and efficiency.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward action.
• Excitement and experience in camping, towing or other outdoorsy hobbies is a huge plus.
