SCOPE
The Retail Coordinator will work in collaboration with Etro Retail, Visual and Buying partners to provide process implementation and support, reporting, and serve as a liaison between the Retail field and the home office. The Retail Coordinator will work cross-functionally to identify available resources, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with their business partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be fluent in company and department-specific applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams and Etro Retail
- Monitor and review weekly and monthly Retail reporting, and prepare and distribute weekly sales reports
- Partner with Retail to prepare and distribute training decks, manuals and information to store teams
- Work with cross-functional partners to help compile and relay necessary information to the Retail teams in a defined communication cadence and structure
- Partner with the Retail Training Manager to uphold the standardization and implementation of global policies
- Prepare weekly store conference call agendas and take and distribute minutes
- Maintain sales incentives, reporting and Retail Teams folders
- Partner with the Buying team to distribute, monitor and track product and other packages as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive retail strategies
- Assume additional applicable duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships
- Employ strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate business acumen with both internal and external partners at all levels
- Support through change and ambiguity
- Approach work with a luxury mindset

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,00 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Salary : $8,500 - $70,000
