• Private practice owned by a family medicine physician
• Primary care, outpatient-only position
• Ages of patients will depend on the physician’s specialty
• Call is via telephone only and is shared amongst a large group of providers
• Qualifies for a Florida Area of Critical Need license (ACN License)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Any of the following:
• Area of Critical Need (ACN) license
• Completion of a Family Medicine Residency
