Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine practitioner for a great full-time opportunity in Windsor. There are multiple other practice locations across the state.
- 4 day work week with a flexible schedule promoting healthy work/life balance
- Clinical responsibilities include 36 patient contact hours per week
- Join an established and expanding practice and work alongside an experienced physician and 2 advanced practice providers
- Practice is equipped with on-site lab and X-ray
- System-wide integrated EMR Epic

- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Current resident, board eligible or board certified
