Role Description:

Architecture & Solution Design? Design and implement IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and SecOps solutions within the ServiceNow platform.? Define and document IRM and SecOps best practices, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.? Ensure proper integration of IRM & SecOps with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise applications.? Provide expertise in data modeling, table structures, relationships, and ACL configurations within ServiceNow.Implementation & Governance? Lead the implementation of Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules.? Customize risk assessment methodologies, risk scoring models, and compliance controls based on regulatory requirements.? Guide stakeholders on risk response strategies (mitigate, accept, transfer, avoid) and automation of risk workflows.? Deploy and configure Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and Threat Intelligence (TI).? Integrate SecOps with third-party threat intelligence platforms such as STIX/TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK, and UpGuard.? Automate security incident response playbooks using Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).? Enable vulnerability scanning and patch automation by integrating with VM tools. Develop SecOps dashboards and reports for tracking security posture, incident trends, and compliance gaps.

Essential Skills:

1. At least 5 years? experience required with Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform (SecOps & IRM). 2. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs).3. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).4. Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.5. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows.6. Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).7. Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.8. Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.9. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

1. Skill in MEAN (MongoDB / Any DB, Express JS, Angular JS, Note JS)2. JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, SSH and .NET Framework/JavaServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow IRM (GRC) & ServiceNow SecOps
