They do not just push glasses sales - you will be diagnosing, treating, and co-managing ocular disease and vision disorders. Excellent compensation and work/life balance with no evenings or weekends. Travel time is based on your proximity to the communities they serve; some days your commute could be 10 minutes, and others about an hour. Any travel over 1.5 hours comes with a bonus. You get to head home after your last exam is completed, so it's up to you and how quickly you work. Many of their ODs are finished by 1 or 2 p.m. each day. Overview:

- Paid per comprehensive exam (easy $600 per day before bonuses)
- $150 bonus per amniotic membrane placed (high demand)
- $100 bonus for travel over 1.5 hour
- $150 bonus per overnight stay
