Growing, Well-established Private Practice In Pueblo, CO Seeks a Full-time Optometrist This Practice Is Booked Out 3 Months And Would Love To Bring On An Additional Doctor. The New OD Will Have An Immediate Full Patient Base As There Is Such a High Demand For Eye Care In The Area. The Position Involves Regular Mon-Fri Shifts With Rotating Saturdays. Overview

• Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00, rotating Saturdays
• Tech support provided
• EHR: OfficeMate
• Up-to-date with special testing equipment
• Potential for future ownership options
  
  

Responsibilities:

• See about 20-25 patients per day (with support)
• Comprehensive exams
• Contact lens fittings
• Specialty contact lens for corneal pathology and disorders
• Dry eye and other surface disease
• Cataract and refractive post-op exams
• Astigmatism correction
  
  

Compensation and benefits:

• Pay options are flexible - up for discussion with each applicant
• Health insurance 50% paid by employer
• Malpractice insurance paid by employer
• State and DEA licensure paid by employer

• $1000 toward CE

Minimum qualifications:

• OD licensed to practice in Colorado
