The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO driving key initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires a highly organized, adaptable, and strategic thinker who can manage priorities, facilitate decision-making, and enhance organizational efficiency. Key priorities for the role include :
- Balancing the external and internal priorities of the CEO
- Facilitating the gathering of data to support fact-based decision making
- Strategic management of the CEO’s schedule, ensuring alignment with key priorities
The Chief of Staff handles a wide range of matters of institutional importance and is expected to work closely with executive management to ensure accountability, execution, and delivery of critical organizational objectives. This individual acts as a thought partner and advisor to the CEO; oversees and drives cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals; supports long-term planning, goal setting, and execution of strategic priorities, and anticipates challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The Chief of Staff will also manage early relationships with external stakeholders after initial interactions with the CEO with the goal of creating new business opportunities for ETS. This position reports directly to the CEO and manages his executive admin staff.
The successful candidate should be located in the Washington DC to NYC corridor and be willing to travel to ETS offices as needed for key meetings and events
