What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Technician position at ETS?
$21.63-$24/Hour, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts Available, Full-Time
Our client is a leading expansive beverage company with strong manufacturing and distribution capabilities, and they want you to join their team as a Production Technician.
Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting production line issues, tracking production data, and improving standard work practices.
- Support and adhere to quality systems and policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Your skills and experience:
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with frequent standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand processing and packaging equipment; prior mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, mathematical skills, and ability to learn production software.
