The Collegiate Associate (CA)will work across various areas of research. The CA will support project management and data analysis for research projects within the Research Institute. This role will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of research project deliverables, including participant recruitment, data management, survey development, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes. Additionally, the CA responsibilities may include data analysis and documentation for medium- to large-scale projects, leveraging advanced methodologies to contribute to presentations, publications, and impactful advancements in education and assessment.
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist with research participant recruitment, including drafting recruitment communication, contacting participants, and verifying participation and consent.?
Prepare and organize materials for ETS Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.?
Track and manage research data collection through multiple platforms including Prolific for participant recruitment and Alchemer for Survey programing, while maintaining organized data files and documentation
Collaborate on research instrument development and implementation, including design of data analysis methodologies and evaluation of new technologies to enhance research systems and tools.
Conduct literature searches and reviews to support ongoing research projects.?
Contribute to the planning and scheduling of tasks required to achieve major milestones in large-scale data analysis projects.?
Assist in preparing data analysis sections of project proposals, including cost and resource estimates.?
Aid in documenting data analysis systems, solutions, and results to ensure clarity and reproducibility.?
