What's the role?
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Search Product Analytics to help lead our efforts to build a best in class Search experience at Etsy. If you are passionate about leveraging data to generate user insights, close partnership with product teams, multi task optimization, and machine learning systems this is an exciting opportunity for you!
As the Senior Manager of Search Product Analytics, you will lead a team of five data scientists actively supporting 120 contributors from Product, Engineering, Design, and Research. You will identify opportunity areas, craft experiments to test hypotheses, analyze the impact of our efforts, and communicate insights about Etsy's central surface. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep experience in ML and search, and enjoy partnering with senior product leaders to deliver compelling experiences for customers, this could be the perfect match!
This is a full time position reporting to the Head of Search, Recs, and Ads Analytics. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Depending on where you are located in the United States, your work mode will be Local Hybrid, Regional Hybrid or Remote.
