At many places, you are the only UX person, or have to sell the value of UX. That is not the case at this company! Our organization understands and values User Experience and we have a smart and friendly team of UX Pros to work with!

A chance to do real UX work. This isn’t marketing or advertising; you will be able to affect the direction of several in-house products and see the direct effect as our users are our employees.
We value UX Research and testing (this is a luxury for many UX professionals) and take time to do it.
The initial project will be the design and integration of our Learning portals. This isn’t developing learning / training materials (that’s already done). We have multiple portals where people go to get training and we need to get them to work together in a way that makes sense for our users. There is also a home-grown learning game platform that is part of the mix as well.
