Ettika is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team at our Downtown Los Angeles office! If you live and breathe social media, have a passion for fashion and jewelry, and know how to grow and engage an audience, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do :
- Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute creative social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow our community.
- Content Creation : Plan, create, and curate high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, reels, UGC, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Community Engagement : Build and foster an engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
- Influencer Collaborations : Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to generate buzz and drive conversions.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize social media performance.
- Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of social media trends, viral moments, and platform updates to ensure Ettika remains a leader in the space.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align social media efforts with brand goals.
- Live Content & Events : Organize and execute live events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content to increase brand engagement.
