- Production Coordination : Manage and track the entire production process from development to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
- Vendor Communication : Work closely with domestic and international factories to oversee sampling, production, and quality control.
- Order Management : Place and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Quality Control : Review samples and finished products for quality assurance, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Logistics & Shipping : Coordinate with internal team about freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure on-time shipments and smooth product distribution.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or material shortages to keep operations running efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align production with brand goals.
