We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fence industry. This role is crucial in driving sales, generating leads, and expanding our client base through strategic account management. Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively engage in direct sales to promote our fencing products and services to residential,and commercial clients.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, job sites, and online platforms.
- Utilize Contractor Accelorator or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, homeowners, and business owners.
- Develop customized fencing solutions based on client needs, budget, and site requirements.
- Provide accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Work alongside the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and business growth objectives.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and on-site consultations to showcase our fencing solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, construction sales, or fencing industry sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and B2B sales strategies.
- Experience using Contractor Accelorator or similar CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand fencing specifications is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
