At Euclid Fish Company we are looking for a Territory Sales Rep. This position will cover downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky accounts and the surrounding
Salary starts at 55-62K with commission potential after 90 days. All travel is reimbursed. Full health benefits along with others to follow.
Responsible for executing sales solicitations to strategic and target customers while selling company product portfolio as well as new company programs in assigned regions. The position will need to work
effectively with internal departments to ensure a great customer experience from introduction, order process and delivery of product. This position is expected to grow accounts and generate new business through up selling and generating new prospect pipeline and product placements through cold calls and referrals, product demos
Essential Duties:
Execute weekly road/sales schedule submitted to VP of Sales via company CRM, mindful of capturing accounts that have the potential to generate over $40,000.00 per year.
Engage and develop new accounts (target) as well as strategic (Company accounts assigned
Engagement with existing accounts assigned to include White Table Cloth, Country Clubs, and
Specialty markets. Work with Company management on new and expanding on line marketing, with new partners and existing platforms.
Analytical work within company platforms, Enterprise Café, Zoho, Pepper, Company Systems
Accurately process sales requests, samples, orders, delivery times, new bids, special prices
selections.
Coordinate personal goals with company-focused goals for each client visit to meet specific target numbers and associated budget numbers
Prepare for each client visit with knowledge of menu needs; consultative sell for new menu placements
by sampling new product offerings and providing custom sell sheets for presentations; repeat and follow-up for future orders
Complete and submit customer orders and special orders in timely fashion, view orders for accuracy in date, quantity, margin, drop size thru your forecast screen
Communicate with logistics team on a constant basis to insure timely delivery and to meet customer expectations
Attend company and or industry/association functions as assigned.
Work with the fillet room to ensure customer orders are accurately filled with proper cuts and specifications.
Work with Purchasing and Management to identify, discuss items that could be profitable sellers for company from experiences.
CRM, end of week update of business.
Grow customer base 5 % yearly through cold-calling, open 3 new accounts monthly, 3 full line presentations monthly.
Provide support as needed, seasonal market demands, which may include Lent season, Clambake season and Holiday seasonal business that pertains to EFC Kitchen or EFC Market.
Educate self-industry knowledge through reading trade materials, seminar attendance and ride-along.
Non-essential duties:
Other projects or tasks may be assigned
Complete credit pre-checks on prospective clients
Replenishment of marketing material (cards, sell sheets, etc.) for your vehicle to coordinate in 1 to 1 road calls

Qualifications include:
Assoc/bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related degree or equivalent experience
Time management skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to self-motivate and overcome the ups and downs of sales
Sales Management experience
Experience in the food industry
Excellent organizational skills; ability to accurately complete administrative duties
Must be self-directed, able to work independently
Strong communication skills and professional self-presentation
Valid driver’s license
Working Conditions
Position requires extensive time in field, including driving personal vehicle
Position requires that out of town territories may be visited as recommended by Director of Sales
Spend time in fillet room and warehouse which will include exposure to cold temperatures Must adhere to all safety, food safe and GMP while in the plant/ During training
