Pay Rate: $18 – 19 hourly
Location: Mentor, OH 44060Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00AM – 5:00PM, M-F

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sales orders, and service solutions.
- Process orders accurately from direct sales, in-house programs, and company retail markets.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding order concerns.
- Support the outside sales team and help manage customer relationships.
- Engage in sales initiatives, including cold calling, account follow-ups, and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with purchasing and leadership teams to coordinate product targets and orders.
- Assist with retail store operations and seasonal customer engagement when needed.
What You Need:
- 2 years of experience in food service, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and order processing tools.
- Experience with social media and content creation is a plus!
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Passion for food – Ability to discuss cooking ideas and product uses (no seafood allergies).
- Team player who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse and cold storage environments.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
