Role : Python Developer- Timeseries

Location : New York City, NY- Hybrid role (2 days onsite)

Job Description :

As part of the Risk technology department , the senior developer will take part in local development and integration work, related to the local and global Risk Systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Python developers are responsible for designing and creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation, and load of data functions.
  • Lead integration engineer responsible for daily support and project-based development of risk management systems.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in financial projects (preferably in the area of Market Risk)
  • Need strong Python resources with SQL with Time series or Market risk - Trade floor data engineer .
  • Functional expertise in Time series management for Market Risk.
  • Strong experience in SQL and database programming (preferably MS SQL Server)
  • Experience in Programming languages using Python ; Databricks / PySpark.
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence tools and Git change management.
  • Experience in AIML (Artificial Intelligence Machine Language) is good to have
