Job Summary:
- Seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications, focusing on integrations, API development, CMDB, and scalable data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Order Guides, Catalog Items, and Workflows.
- Implement REST API authentication and integrations.
- Design high-volume data processing solutions.
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Manage CMDB, CSDM, and Business Service relationships.
- Enable request cancellations and modifications post-submission.
Requirements:
- 10 years in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Basic Auth.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 9 years of experience in configuration management or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, specifically the CMDB module.
