Role Overview:
Eudia has signed several Fortune 500 companies as customers and is going live with Pilots followed by roll-outs of several solutions. These solutions are designed to create 8 figures of value to each of our customers, through changing the way that work is done.
As a Deployment Strategist, you will be responsible for partnering with world-class AI engineers to deliver solutions that blow our customers’ minds and create real value for the business. You will work directly with customers to understand the opportunity for AI solutions and deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact. To execute on this vision, you will work directly with engineers and product managers, who leverage our platform capabilities to develop solutions uniquely tailored for our customers. You are the lynchpin between our products and our customers.
\n- Represent the customer to product & engineering
- Deeply understand customer priorities and pain points by capturing feedback and analyzing data
- Translate customer priorities and feedback to customer-specific solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific solutions from Tiger engineering
- Provide inputs to Platform Engineering on consistent customer themes or need for platform capabilities to inform platform engineering priorities
- Represent engineering to the customer
- Bring knowledge of Eudia’s capabilities to customers to inform what solutions are built and delivered to achieve value creation
- Ensure the scope Eudia is committing to customers is aligned to our capabilities and product strategy / roadmap
- Represent and showcase solutions to customers through demos and trainings
- 3 Years of customer-facing product management or consulting experience
- Experience working on enterprise products and/or with enterprise customers
- Educational or professional background in engineering or AI
- Combined with MBA could be a plus
- Experience working directly with engineering, design and product management.
- Customer-facing presentation skills and experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft tools
- Passion for AI transformation, legal technology or disruptive service models
