The Housekeeping Staff, reporting to the Head Housekeeper, is an integral part of our Operations team. We seek team-oriented individuals who collaborate effectively with Company Management and fellow Housekeeping colleagues.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness of both guest rooms and public areas. Housekeepers will engage with guests, fostering positive interactions. The position entails dividing time evenly between housekeeping duties (room turnovers, laundry) and janitorial tasks (cleaning communal areas, rehearsal spaces, and restrooms).
Tasks:
- Staff is expected to work Sunday- Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods of time, and capable of lifting 45 lbs.
- On-the-job training, no experience required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Basic internet and computer skills preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures in addition to the inventory of supplies needed to complete daily tasks.
- Cleaning includes but isn’t limited to laundering linens, dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens. cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, lobbies, rehearsal spaces, and common areas.
- Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits in office and rehearsal buildings.
- Pick up ground litter around campus or wherever visible.
