Eugene Podiatry Associates is looking for a skilled, outgoing, and friendly MA to join our team. We're looking for a self-starter, someone who is reliable, a team player, dependable, and has excellent communication skills. Our staff is highly competent, personable, and strives to provide the best care possible to our patients.
Job Duties:
- Room and interview patients
- Manage electronic medical records and patient notes
- Assist with office procedures
- Stock exam rooms and prepare injections daily
- Send electronic prescriptions
- Take digital x-rays of the foot and ankle
- Clean exam rooms after each patient
- Weekly inventory
- Perform various hands-on tasks with patients and assist physician with tasks in the exam room
- Assist patients over the phone with questions they have
- Miscellaneous duties that arise throughout the day
- Provide overall support for our physicians and other office staff

- PTO earning is available after 90 days.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong computer literacy, able to average 35-45 wpm
- Excellent problems solving skills
- Self-Starter, who works well independently and within team settings
- Ability to work with people in a team environment
