The Financial Analyst for Eugia will report into the Director for the division, and be responsible for the following areas:
- Management reporting
- Budgets Vs Actual analysis
- GL reviews,
- Payables processing
- Treasury
- Coordination with office employees and back office processing team.
This role is located onsite in East Windsor New Jersey with one (1) day a week remote.
Responsibilities:
1) Management reporting:
- Prepares Daily sales flash and Latest Estimates (LE) workings
- Assist in analyzing the variance analysis and Budget vs Actual analysis
- Assist for Monthly operations reviews, cost reductions and operations improvements, annual budget process, forecasting etc.
- Other adhoc reporting requirements
2) GL Reviews:
- Assist with GL reviews, month and quarter end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors and provide supporting documents for audit
- Record, maintain, post and reversal of monthly journal entries when needed.
3) Accounts payables and treasury:
- Coordination with Global Shared Service based out of India
- Support shared service team in obtaining proper approvals, providing supporting documents, guiding relevant GL codes and dept code etc.
- Check preparation and obtaining signatures and mail to vendors
- Review of concur claims for expenses reimbursements and travel payments to employees.
- Make sure no past due invoices of vendors and clean AP ageing reports
- Review of AP ageing report once a week and follow up with shared service team for up to date

- Analytical skills
- Strong ability to communicate
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- A Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in management reporting and accounts payable
- Experience in Finance within the Pharmaceutical Industry preferred
